Newborn Covenant Church (NCC) was founded in Ontario by Rev. Dr. Avril Riley and Minister Rufus Riley in 2021. Prior to this, Dr. Avril served as Youth/Young Adults and Online Church Pastor and Minister Rufus in broadcast media ministry. Together, they continue to be devoted to the call of God on their lives.
